What we can't help with
We are not the DMV. We can't look up your test scores, schedule your road test, fix problems with your driver's license, process medical waivers, or speed up TSA Hazmat background checks. For any of those, please contact the official agency in your state — you'll find the link on your state's CDL page.
Response time
Most messages get a reply within two business days. Question corrections that are clearly factual will be applied as soon as we verify them against the current AAMVA manual.
